Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS within the continental United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to ensure privacy. Products are carefully packaged with appropriate insulation and padding to maintain integrity during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, The Peptide Mart ships only within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are lawful to receive in their jurisdiction.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact our support team with your order number and any relevant photos within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
