Due to the nature of our research-grade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You must include the following with your claim:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit for verified issues. No monetary refunds will be issued.
Non-Eligible Claims
We are unable to process claims in the following situations:
- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
- Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored
- Issues arising from improper handling, reconstitution, or storage by the buyer
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate cancellation requests for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
